The Landesmuseum of Hanover is Lower Saxony’s largest state museum and invites visitors on a journey around the world: from piranhas, dinosaurs, gold treasures, and bog mummies to paintings by Lukas Cranach, Peter Paul Rubens, and Paula Modersohn-Becker, visitors can discover the State Museum’s five major collections in the Nature Worlds, People Worlds, and Art Worlds.

The building was constructed as a smithy, then housed a brewery, and is now a popular event restaurant.
The Gala Dinner takes place on 28. August 2026 and will begin at 7 p.m.

Location: At the Hanover Central Station – in front of the main entrance.
